The Life of a Limousin Pharmacist at the end of the 19th century According to the Archival Papers in his Dispensary. The prescription files, the accounts and the catalogues of a pharmacist from Limoges between 1894-1902 permit the author to draw up a picture of the activities of his dispensary to a rather widespread clientele. The pharmacist, who often worked every day of the month, made up very few preparations and those he did being very simple; he was already selling many specialties and held in stock a large selection of para-pharmaceutical products.
