Résumé
La politique alimentaire n’est pas cet ensemble de décisions techniques et objectivement rationnelles qu’on veut bien présenter parfois. Touchant aux fondements mêmes de l’autorité et de l’État, elle n’est qu’un enjeu contrôlé et modelé par les dirigeants politiques autour duquel s’affrontent tous les groupes sociaux aspirant au pouvoir.
