Résumé En Fr

This article criticizes the notion of " numerical territories " which became central in public policies. Expression, simple extension of neo-manager speech to the territory, means that the territory is being - and to be - technological with the networks, and change in bits of informations. For criticize the notion of " numerical territory ", this article begins by examining its genealogy so as to put in an obvious place its ambiguity. Then it shows that the fuzziness of notion eclipses a true problem, to know the difficulty in thinking of the complicacy of the cyberspace which becomes the second world. As a result, it pleads to move question setting: either conceive numerical territories considered to be areas endowed with technical networks, but understand and develop grammar and logic of the cyberspace Internet of which is the most visible element and the systems of information the most strategical. as to put in an obvious place its ambiguity.
