Résumé En Fr

ENG: Julians, Roquefort-la-Bedoule, Saint-Jean-de-Garguier, pagus Lucretius, epitaph, kinship, testament.

On an epitaph from the pagus Lucretius (CIL, XII, 599) adressed by a woman to her husband, her children, her grandson and to herself, the kinship informations do not refer, as it is the usual rule, to the person in charge of the inscription but according to the biological function which every one hold in the family : father, son, grandson, daughter and mother. The family father wife's literal fidelity to the text ellaborated by the father in his will may explain this formula with apparently unknown similar example.
