This article examines the production of information in the framework of the changing industrial model. The focus on reactivity highlights two entangled logics in the production of information. In the name of reactivity, communication and information tools, whose use is spreading (Internet, cellphones, etc.), challenge the dominant logic and question the future of the information system.

Ce texte interroge la production d'information dans le cadre du modèle industriel en mutation. L'angle d'approche, la réactivité, met en lumière deux logiques de production d'information qui, dans l'activité de travail, sont étroitement imbriquées. Les outils de communication et d'information dont l'usage se répand (Internet, téléphone mobile, etc.) remettent en cause, au nom de la réactivité, la logique dominante et posent la question du devenir du système d'information.
