Review of the Report of the Conseil d’État . A meeting of senior civil servants, administrators and academies was held to exchange views on such issues as the deterioration of legal standards in France, the relevance of the legal knowledge possessed by civil servants, the type of legal training required by them, and the means of adjusting it to constantly changing needs.
