Administrative Jurisdiction Management. For five years, the administrative jurisdiction has been involved in a thorough reform. Affecting all levels of jurisdictional organization and operation, this reform has been conducted from the inside, by those involved. Consolidating management in the hands in the Conseil d’État has made it more efficient and better adapted to the special features of the administrative jurisdiction. The success of this reform must be complemented by an active human resource management policy which emphasizes personnel training, in particular.
