Résumé
L'histoire-géographie sont des sciences sociales qui permettent à l'enfant de devenir un citoyen. L'auteur propose notamment l'introduction d'une éducation politique, l'abandon de l'encyclopédisme pour l'étude de quelques modèles historiques, une mutation de la pédagogie, qui faciliteraient l'adaptation de l'école à la vie.
