COULON (Alain). — Ethnomethodology and education. Ethnomethodology, which is a new epistemological option, is concerned with the instituting society. It shows, against reductionist orientation, the mechanism of une- quality and discrimination in the making in many interactional situations observed in daily life at school and helps to the modification of this mechanism, which is an extremely positive contribution to education.
