Didactique des mathématiques et psycho­logie cognitive : un regard comparatif sur trois approches psychologiques

In this work, we examine the psychological approaches of three authors who have, in different ways but indisputably, influenced the specialists of mathematical education in France. Our main purpose is to compare the theoretical propositions underlying these approaches. Although all three approaches are largely inspired by issues directly related to the learning of mathematics, they are in fact based on theoretical views and frameworks which are quite different and worthwhile confronting.

Dans cet article nous examinons les propositions théoriques de trois auteurs, psychologues, qui ont incontestablement influencé, à des degrés divers, le milieu de la didactique des mathématiques en France. Notre objectif est, au-delà d'une simple description, d'avancer dans la comparaison de leurs propositions. En effet, bien qu'en grande partie inspirées par des questions liées à l'apprentissage des mathématiques, les trois approches s'inscrivent cependant dans des perspectives théoriques et dans des problématiques assez différentes dont l'intérêt pour la didactique mérite d'être discuté.
