Résumé En

J.-F. Piningre : The flint blades storing-place of the Mont-des-Cats, on the Godewaersvelde territory. The Mont-des-Cats blades storing-place is made up of 100 pieces comprising large size raw blades, tools mounted on laminar stands and two splinters. The cutting-up technique, the numerous refittings of blades belonging to the same nuclei which were proceeded to, give to this series an undeniable homogeneity. If the nature of this storing-place, apart from any dwelling context, is frequent in the Neolithic Age, these blades would not seem out of place in a more ancient surrounding of the Superior Paleolithic. The retouched tools, which alone could provide satisfactory datation elements, are neither sufficiently diversified nor typical enough to allow us to situate chronologically this series which nevertheless remains exceptional.
