Eine auf morphologische und biometrische Züge von ungefähr 50 Individuen von Clytiopsis begründete Diskussion zeigt, dass die durch Ph. C. Bill bestimmte Gattungen Cl. argentoratense und Cl. elegans identisch sind. Die Diagnose ruft eine auf biometrische Konstanten gestützte Revi¬ sion hervor. Die Bauart der Oberfläche des Céphalothorax wird neu dargestellt.

A morphological and biométrie study of some 50 specimens of Clytiopsis leads the authors to the conclusion that the two species created by P. C. Bill : C. argentoratense and C. elegans, are in reality a simple species. This revision is based on biométrie constants. The structure of the cephalothoracic grooves is rectified.

Une discussion fondée sur l'étude morphologique et biométrique d'une cinquantaine d'échantillons de Clytiopsis, amène les auteurs à reconnaître que les deux espèces créées par Ph. C. Bill : Cl. argentoratense et Cl. elegans, sont identiques. La diagnose est l'objet d'une révision ; elle fait appel à des constantes biométriques.
