Michel Feutrie and Eric Verdier Companies and Qualifying Training Programs Grounded in the large number of studies about ongoing occupational training, an analysis is made of how new forms of occupational training fit into a strategy for reorganizing work and changing the management of employment. Attention is drawn to the links between firms and the Ministry of National Education and to the quest for training programs that are better adapted to company strategies. These aspects are analyzed with regard to interests, practices and the linkage between know-how and the organization of work.
