Die politischen Entscheidungsträger stehen häufig vor dem Problem, ihre politischen Projekte in administrative Normen und Erlasse übertragen zu müssen. Die Geschichte der Politik kann Aufschluß über dieses Phänomen geben. Der vorliegende Artikel versucht daher, Licht auf die Entwicklung der offiziellen Rahmenrichtlinien zu werfen, die zwischen 1959 und 1967 die Entwicklung des Schulsports in Frankreich vorantreiben. Die Schlußfolgerungen laden den Leser dazu ein, die Geschichte dieses Faches unter einem neuen Blickwinkel zu betrachten.

The authorities have often met some difficulty in translating their political plans into administrative norms. Political history can, thanks to its investigations, underscore this phenomenon. Our article thus tries to throw light on the gestation of the Official Directives which punctuated the evolution of physical education, in French, from 1959 to 1967. Our findings aim at leading our readers to look differently at the history of this discipline.

I poteri pubblici provano spesso difficoltà a tradurre il loro progetto politico nelle norme amministrative che editano, La storia politica può, con le sue indagini, mettere in evidenza questo fenomeno. Il presente articolo tende così di chiarire la gestazione delle Istruzioni Ufficiali che, tra il 1959 e il 1967, determinarono l’evoluzione dell’educazione fisica in Francia, le sue conclusioni invitano a portare uno sguardo nuovo sulla storia di questa disciplina.

Les pouvoirs publics éprouvent souvent des difficultés pour traduire leur projet politique dans les normes administratives qu’ils édictent. L’histoire politique peut, par ses investigations, mettre en évidence ce phénomène. Le présent article tente ainsi d’éclairer la gestation des Instructions Officielles qui, entre 1959 et 1967, jalonnent l’évolution de l’éducation physique en France. Ses conclusions invitent le lecteur à porter un regard nouveau sur l’histoire de cette discipline.

Los poderes públicos presentan gran dificultad en la traducción de un proyecto político en las normas administrativas que ellos dictan. La historia política a través de investigaciones pone en evidencia este fenómeno. El presente artículo trata de aclarar la gestación de Instrucciones Oficiales que entre 1959 y 1967 determinan la evolución de la educación física en Francia. Las conclusiones invitan al lector a observar nuevamente sobre la historía de esta disciplina.
