Questions covered problems in the news, the respondents' vote in 1964, the number of years, if any, served in the Armed Forces, their knowledge of the Vietnam War, and their opinions on what the government should do in Vietnam. Demographic data include age, sex, race, number of children, education, occupation, family income, perceived social class, service in the military, and religious preference.
