Résumé
The Small Business Pulse Survey (SBPS) was implemented in April 2020 on a weekly business to asses the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the small business population. The survey samples small single establishment firms with email addresses with more than $1,000 in receipts and less then 500 employees at the firm. Weights will be applied to make the firms representative of the entire population. The frame for the survey is pulled from the Census Bureau's Business Register. Use of this dataset requires Internal Revenue Service approval.
