Dans une région où la céramique du haut Moyen Âge est encore mal connue, ce corpus, propre à des sites de consommation, offre un potentiel considérable malgré la faible quantité de l’échantillonnage. Il présente quelques similitudes avec les productions des ateliers de potiers voisins (Guipel et Trans), celui des habitats de Janzé et Tinténiac en Ille‑et‑Vilaine, ainsi qu’avec certains sites de Normandie, datés entre les viiie et xe s.

In a region of France where as yet little is known about early medieval pottery, the corpus of finds from these sites where such pottery was used is of considerable interest, despite the small size of the sample. The pottery has some similarities with wares from the neighbouring kiln‑sites at Guipel and Trans, from settlement sites at Janzé and Titéniac in the Ille‑et‑Vilaine and from certain 8th to 10th century sites in Normandy.

In einer Region, in der man noch wenig über die Keramik des Frühmittelalters weiß, stellt dieses für die Konsumstätten typische Corpus trotz der kleinen Anzahl der Fragmente ein bedeutendes Potential dar. Das Material weist einige Gemeinsamkeiten mit den Produkten der umliegenden Töpferwerkstätten (Guipel und Trans) und mit der Keramik der Siedlungsplätze von Janzé und Tinténiac im Departement Ille‑et‑Vilaine auf, sowie mit manchen Fundstätten der Normandie, die in die Zeit zwischen dem 8. und 10. Jh. datiert werden.
