Ariberto Acerbi, « Fichte e Jacobi interpreti dell’«io penso» di Kant. Autocoscienza, esistenza, persona », EuroPhilosophie Éditions, ID : 10.4000/books.europhilosophie.366
Current research on Fichte generally focuses on the aporia of reflection, i.e., the necessary and immediate implication of the I in every act of thinking that makes self-reflection ever recursive. In such a way the importance of Fichte’s thought seems to consist in his theory on the immediateness of conscience. My study focuses on the ontological content and epistemical properties of such a modality of conscience, since self-conscience should be definitely referred (subjectively and objectively) to an individual I. Personal existence (Daseyn) seems to be the very presupposed instance in reflection. However, Fichte’s ontology eludes the transcendental relevance of such an «empirical» presupposition. In this study I discuss this issue through the analysis of several Fichte’s selected texts in confrontation with several Kant’s and Jacobi’s texts.
