In chapter four I showed how Bangladesh is constructed through discourse in such a way as to create determinacy and ontological presence for the Indian nation. I also explored the collapse of this determinacy and the concern with the challenge of identification that emerges from the hypervisible-yet-invisible Bangladeshi.
