L’objectif de cette contribution est de présenter brièvement les principaux aspects de la question de la Dobroudja dans les relations entre la Bulgarie et la Roumanie pendant la période de l’entre-deux-guerres en se focalisant sur le règlement de la question territoriale lors de la conférence de la paix de Paris après la Grande Guerre (1919), les désaccords surgis et les négociations pour les résoudre à cette époque, et sur la fin du différend territorial imposé par le traité de Craiova (1940). En outre et pour terminer, l’auteur aborde les aspects historiographiques liés aux problèmes litigieux dans les relations bilatérales.
