Cette étude comporte deux parties. La première partie analyse la valeur patrimoniale des biens culturels indéplaçables et typiques de la région à l’étude. En second lieu, une analyse juridique est faite du concept de « parc culturel » et la façon dont elle peut s’appliquer à cette zone.
