يتعلق الأمر في هذا الإسهام بالعودة إلى فترة رئيسية في تاريخ الجزائر المعاصر والمتعلقة بالحركة الوطنية، الفترة التي تتميز بفوران سياسي واجتماعي وثقافي ولكن أيضًا جمعوي. الهدف من هذا العمل هو توضيح هذا الوضع بالنظر إلى الحركة الجمعوية والجهات الفاعلة فيها. كما تقوم الدراسة على رصد أنشطة الجمعيات الوطنية الجزائرية بعد صدور قانون 1901. وعليه، فإن العمل يتجه أيضا إلى توضيح العلاقة بين الجمعيات المختلفة وجمعية العلماء المسلمين الجزائريين (AOMA) في ولاية وهران بين عامي 1919 و1945.

Il s’agit dans cette contribution de revenir sur une période-phare de l’histoire contemporaine de l’Algérie, en l’occurrence le Mouvement national. Celle-ci se caractérise par une effervescence politique, sociale et culturelle, mais également associative. L’objectif de ce travail est d’articuler cette situation avec le mouvement associatif et ses acteurs. Aussi, l’étude porte sur le suivi des activités des associations nationales algériennes, suite à la promulgation de la loi 1901. La focale est ainsi mise sur les associations en relation avec l’'Association des Oulémas Musulmans Algériens (AOMA) et les Scouts Musulmans Algériens (SMA), dans le département d’Oran entre 1919 et 1945.

This contribution looks back at a key period in Algeria's contemporary history, namely the National Movement. This period was characterized by a political, social and cultural effervescence, but also by an associative one. The objective of this work is to articulate this situation with the associative movement and its actors.Also, the study deals with the monitoring of the activities of Algerian national associations, further to the promulgation of the 1901 law. The focus is on associations related to the Association des Oulémas Musulmans Algériens (AOMA) and the Scouts Musulmans Algériens (SMA), in the department of Oran between 1919 and 1945.
