Le rôle de médiation du Web social dans la réalisation de tâches pédagogiques dans la perspective actionnelle de l’apprentissage du FLE

Cet article se propose de montrer les apports du Web social en tant que support de médiation facilitant la réalisation collaborative de tâches dans la perspective actionnelle permettant ainsi aux apprenants de FLE d’agir en tant qu’acteurs sociaux dans la société française. Nous avons effectué, durant une année universitaire, une expérimentation en ligne avec deux groupes d’étudiants arabophones nouvellement arrivés en France. Nous nous intéressons, dans la présente étude, aux actions des participants ainsi qu’à leur recours au Web social dans la réalisation de leurs tâches pédagogiques. Afin d’analyser les données multimodales obtenues grâce à des captures d’écran, nous avons opté pour la recherche-action comme méthode qualitative participante.

This article tries to show the contributions of social media as a support of mediation, facilitating the collaborative realization of pedagogical tasks based on the action-oriented perspective and allowing the learners of FFL to act as social actors in the French society. Thus, during one scholarly year, we conducted an informal online experiment consisting of two groups of newly-arrived Arabic-speaking students in France. In this study, we are interested in the participants' actions as well as their use of social media in carrying out their pedagogical tasks. In order to analyze the multimodal data obtained through screenshots, we opted for action research as a participating qualitative method.
