Guylaine COLLEWET, « MRI images of potato tubers during storage », Recherche Data Gouv, ID : 10.57745/DR2GSS
This dataset contains MRI images in DICOM format (consisting of a header with acquisition parameters and image data sets packed into a single file) that support the findings of the manuscript “Characterisation of potato tuber tissues using spatialized MRI T2 relaxometry” submitted to Biomolecules for publication. Images were recorded on a 1.5 T MRI scanner (Magnetom Avanto, Siemens, Erlangen, Germany) equipped with a circular polarized head array coil as described in the article. Images of the potato tubers acquired using a multi-spin echo (MSE) sequence are found in nine different folders corresponding to each sampling dates (14, 18, 21, 23, 25, 27, 29, 31 and 33 weeks after harvest (WAH)). In each condition, nine tuber were analyzed ny MRI. Only four of them, the four at the top left of the images, were considered for the study presented in the article.
