Résumé 0

We present a complete dataset on Escherichia coli K12 NCM3722 strain growth in a minimal medium with glucose as substrate at temperatures ranging from 27 to 45°C. E. coli was grown in 48-wells microplates in an automated and thermostated microplate reader with optical density measurments every 10 min. These data, obtained on 40 replicated cultures for each temperature, allows studying the influence of temperature on various E. coli growth parameters and estimating their experimental variability.
