Experimental investigation involving four animal manure samples: cows, horses, sheep and goats. This data file includes a complete inventory of volatile organic compounds emitted from four animal manure samples and detected by Thermal Desorption-Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (TD-GC-MS) and Proton Transfer Reaction-Quadrupole ion guide-Time-of-Flight Mass Spectrometry (PTR-QiTOF-MS) techniques.
