Phenotyping data of symbiotic and aposymbiotic D. sansibarensis under gnotobiotic conditions. Data from apoymbiotic plants were collected alongside symbiotic and inoculated plants at the TPMP high-throughput phenotyping facility in Toulous, France. Colorimetric data extracted from segmented image analysis with the IPSO_PHEN software.
