Résumé 0

The datasets are 1) the behaviour of six isogenic lines of rainbow trout in an individual behaviour challenge lasting 25 minutes at an early stage (182-187 days post-hatching). Behaviour variables are averaged by 5 minutes time bins. Data are given at the individual scale. 2) the behaviour of six isogenic lines of rainbow trout in a group behaviour challenge under moderate stress lasting 150 minutes at an early stage (182-187 days post-hatching). Moderate stress consisted in handling stress during fish transfer to the tank, novel environment and moderate heat stress (12°C to 23°C in 120 minutes and 23°C kept during 30 minutes). Behaviour variables are averaged by 30 minutes time bins. Data were averaged at the replica scale (software - ethovision - was not able to extract fish behaviour variables individually in group behaviour challenge) and 3) the detail of body weight of fish used in individual and group behaviour tests. Fish used in behaviour tests were individually weighed but only mean group body weight could be linked to behaviours. All the information about the rearing and the phenotyping of isogenic lines are provided in the open-access preprint : Links between behaviour and resistances to acute hyperthermia and hypoxia using rainbow trout isogenic lines H.
