Les nouveaux dispositifs numériques dont le patrimoine s’est progressivement emparé sont nombreux. Les possibilités offertes par l’intelligence artificielle appuyées par l’opendata, le web sémantique, ou encore le retroengineering sont vastes. Ils donnent lieu à des projets de recherche passionnants. Mais les technologies numériques ne sont pas seulement au service du patrimoine, elles sont elles-mêmes un patrimoine. C'est dans ce contexte que nous proposons la première édition du séminaire IT in Heritage. Au delà d’un état de l’art des relations entre patrimoine et numérique, il réunira des chercheurs en sciences humaines et en informatique travaillant sur ces thèmes afin de leur offrir un espace et un temps d’échange.

The new digital devices that heritage has gradually taken hold of are numerous. The possibilities offered by artificial intelligence aided by open data, semantic web, virtual reality, retro engineering, etc. are vast. They give rise to exciting research projects. But digital technologies are not only at the service of heritage, they are themselves a heritage. In this context, we propose the first edition of the IT in Heritage seminar. Beyond a state of the art of relations between heritage and digital technologies, it will bring together researchers from the Humanities and Computer Sciences working on these themes to offer them a space and time for exchange.
