Seeing the difficult circumstances that Libyan people is currently going through, due to the humanitarian catastrophe caused by hurricane Daniel that stormed and flooded the cities of Eastern Libya, the LibMed team decided to postpone the date of Professor Ahmed M’charek’s conference from September 20 to October 4, 2023.
