The documentary "Liquid Gold" is focuses on olive tourism in Portugal and has been produced by the CITUR (Centre for Research, Innovation and Development in Tourism at the Polytechnic of Leiria, Portugal), Mas part of the Olive4ALL project. It takes viewers on a tour of the country (covering Portugal's main olive-growing regions - Alentejo, Beira Interior, Médio Tejo, Douro and Trás-os-Montes - as well as the cities of Lisbon and Porto).
