Résumé Fr

[p]The authors discuss the results of excavations of Testaccio district in Rome 2005-2008, focussing on two structures: the horreum in the market area (Testaccio) and the sanctuary of Magna Mater (Palatine). The Testaccio commercial/industrial site was abandoned in the middle of the fifth century AD and the horreum only survives from the foundations. The seismic event of AD 443 would be consistent with date and the swift nature of the abandoning of the area. On the other hand, The Magna Mater sanctuary damage can be linked to the event of AD 484 or 508.[/p][p_right]C. C.[/p_right]
