Résumé En

Within the framework of these proceedings, we want to focus more specifically on the social actors who maintain a privileged link with the olive tree heritage. Our aim is thus to better understand their commitment and the process of awareness and mobilization that from the collective of actors, considered as “stakeholders” linked to the olive tree, become members of a community that claims this heritage, seeking to preserve it to bequeath it to future generations. In this way, we question the privileged link that people have with their heritage.Three axes allow us to dialogue on this theme :- What are the forms of patrimonial commitment?- Why claim the heritage of the olive tree?- Who are the actors linked to the olive tree heritage?
