"Gender equality institutionalization in the Mexico State, and the feministpolitic Economy. The national women institute and the institutes fromdifferent federative entities, in Mexico, were created in 2001 to promotegender equality and to finish with women discrimination in public fields.This text reflect on governess and institutional ethnography; how these globaldiscourse about equality and gender, are coming throw diverse dimensions(international, national, regional, local) until the point of becoming institutionalmechanisms (policies and public programs) to encourage women requests.Throw the Mexico State women Institute, is observed the performance ofthese mechanisms and proposed to be incorporated to the feminist politicand economic process, considered this as a promoter of social change."
