Résumé En

The stucfy of three ferrallitic soil sequences from Brazil, developed upon basalt, granite-rhyolite and detrital sedimentary rocks respectively, under different types of climate, confirms the mainly "pedoplasmic" nature of the question of the formation of the structure of these soils. The study also points out the existence of possibly different lineages leading to different "faciès" according to the nature of the parent material and pedobioclimatic conditions.
