Résumé
Based on 23 interviews in nursing homes and nurseries, this research reveals three dimensions of alter-management in response to neoliberal constraints: consideration of stakeholders, individualization of support, and a more qualitative approach to the management of the structure. It is in line with recent work on the model of the SSE (Saddier 2022; Jeantet 2021) by examining its alternative potential (Ouahab 2019).
