Résumé
The notion of “relocation” defines the historical displacement of movie screening practice towards new environments and objects. We could think of a movie watched on our tablet on a train or to a football match watched in a home theatre replicating a cinema venue. The relocation of the cinematic experience, started several decades ago, has been greatly accelerated by new media.
