Résumé En

Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) have widely spread during the last years. There are a huge number of tools available in everyday life as well as in the professional world. Everybody is now concerned by the use of these new tools. The educational community needs to adapt to this new context to become an active contributor in the expanding knowledge society. Moreover institutions have to adapt to meet expectations of the present generation of students, the net generation (Oblinger, 2005). These students have grown up with Information Technologies and use them on a daily basis. Higher Education institutions have to evolve to deal with this new challenge. In this paper we will focus on the policies for students. First we will briefly present the concept of ENT. In a second time, we shall describe the certification called C2i©. Finally, we will determine the way students' training may facilitate the integration of a VLE.
