Maryvonne Bodiguel : Drei Landgesellschaften, drei Wechselvorgänge. Die französische Landgesellschaft ist noch grossenteils traditionnell. Seit 1945 entwickelt sie sich dennoch immer schneller und eine gründliche Studie der Wechselvorgange hebt die franzôsische Verschiedenartigkeit ausgezeichnet hervor. Als Untersuchungsplatz wurden drei Dorfer in Gegenden gewàhlt, die sehr verschieden sind, was die Landwirtschaft und Lebensweise betrifft (Südparisergebiet, Bretagne, Südwestf rankreich) . Jedesmal wurde die Ausbreitung einer technischen Erneuerung untersucht und jedesmal zeigt der Ausbreitungsvorgang originelle Züge, die mit der sozialen Struktur der ortlichen Gemeinschaft in Beziehung zu setzen sind. Die Wechselvorgänge weisen gemeinsame Punkte auf, z.B. dass die interpersonalen Beziehungen verhältnissmässig wichtiger als die schriftliche Information sind ; jeder Vorgang behält jedoch ein eigentumliches Gepräge, das durch die lokale Geschichte und die daraus hervorgehende soziale Organisation zu erklären ist. Die Annahme einer Neuerung in ländlicher Umgebung ist nicht nur ein individueller Schritt, sondern ist auch mit dem gesamten die Landwirtschaft bestimmenden sozialen System verbunden. Das wirft ein wichtiges Problem in der Organisation der landwirtschaftlichen Leichtverstandlichmachung auf.
Маривонн Бодигел : Три крестьянского общества. Три процесса изменений. Француское аграрное общество еще главным образом традиционно : тем не менее от 1945 года оно развивается все быстрее так что разнообразие этого общества во Франции было доказано углубленными исследованиями самого процесса эволюции. Как места проведения этих исследований избрано три деревни характерных для регионов страны различающихся с точки зрения экономических условий сельского хозяйства как и образа жизни (южная часть парижского бассейна, Бретания и юго-запад Франции). Во всех трёх случаях, исследования касались проблем внедрения технических новинок. Каждая анкета обнаружила процессы внедрения новых техник тесно связанных с социальной структурой местной общины. С другой стороны каждый из этих процессов независимо от своей самородности проявляет некоторые общые черты как например относительное важное значение междуличных связей в сравнении с печатной информацией. О самородности и неповторимости которых мы раньше говорили, изъясняется местной историей, а также вытекающей из нее общественной организацией. Воспринятие технических новинок является в условиях деревни не только индивиудальной инициативой : оно тесно связано также с совокупностю социальной системы в рамках которой развивается сельское хозяйство. С этим связана важная проблема организации распространения сельскохозяйственных сведений среди крестьян.
Maryvonné Bodiguel : Three Rural Communities : Three Different Patterns of change. Rural French communities are by and large still traditional ; since 1945, they are changing more and more rapidly. An extensive study of these processes of change shows a great deal of variety. Three villages, from regions very different in respect to agricultural economy and modes of life have been studied, (south of the Parisian basin, Britanny, and south-western France). In these three areas, a study was made of the diffusion of a technical innovation. Each area reveals a pattern of diffusion in which the original traits are related to the social structure of the local community : the process of change in each village has points in common with the other villages studied. In each case interpersonal relationships are more important than written information, nevertheless, each one keeps its original physiognomy. The explanation for this fact can be found in local history and in the social organization which is a result of this history. The adoption of an innovation in a rural setting is not just an individual undertaking, it is closely linked to the whole social system in which the agricultural practices have evolved. This close connection raises an important problem for the presentation and the popularization of new agricultural techniques.

En su mayor parte, la sociedad rural francesa sigue siendo tradicional; desde el año 1945, sin embargo, va evolucionando más y más rápidamente, y un estudio profundizado de los procesos de cambio evidencia la diversidad francesa. Tres aldeas elegidas entre regiones muy diferentes por su economía agrícola y su genero de vida (Sur de la Isla de Francia, Bretaña, Suroeste de Francia) fueron escogidas como terreno de pesquisa. En los tres casos fue efectuado un estudio sobre la difusión de una innovación técnica. Cada uno revela un proceso de difusión cuyos rasgos originales pueden ser relacionados con la estructura social de la colectividad local : cada proceso de cambio presenta puntos comunes con los otros, por ejemplo la importancia relativa de las relaciones interpersonales respecto de la información escrita, pero, sin embargo, cada uno de los procesos guarda una fisionomia original cuya explicación se halla en la historia local y la organización social que resulta. La adopción de una innovación en el ambiente rural no es sólo una diligencia individual, sino que esta también estrechamente ligada al conjunto del sistema social en el cual se transforma la agricultura, lo que plantea un problema importante en lo que concierne la organizacion de la vulgarización agrícola.
