Lucas Martins Soldera et al., « Labirintos opacos: subjetividade, saúde e trabalho na condição pós-moderna », HAL SHS (Sciences de l’Homme et de la Société), ID : 10.22350/9786552720641
In this collective work, we seek to problematize the relationships between health and subjectivity in contemporary society. The opacity of the labyrinths in the postmodern condition symbolizes the fragmentation of boundaries between work and non-work, as well as the difficulty of conceptual stabilization in a scenario where informality and deterritorialization impose themselves as the rulers of modes of subjectivation. In this context, how can we find new paths amidst the fragmentation of labor relations? How can we resist collectively when forms of control over work are virtualized, datafied, and centered on an organization through dispersion? How can we thematize health and subjectivity beyond the virtues of the market (efficiency, productivity, maximization of potentialities, etc.), placing the subject at the center of the debate?Managerialism, subjectivity, digital platforms, telework, and intersectionality in labor are central axes of analysis that the reader will find in this book, in an attempt to find mediations and alternatives for action, aiming to foster the production of health and possible paths of resistance and transformation.
