B. der Briichigkeit der Verträge und Unsicherheit der sozialen Beziehungen, der Konflikte, die der Grossgrundbesitzer zwischen Bauern, zwischen Bauern und Wucherern, zwischen Bauern und Staatsbeamten u. s. w. hervorruft und regelt. Diese Prozesse und Konflikte sind eine entscheidente Bremse für jede wirtschaftliche Entwicklung.
