Résumé 0

This research aims to explore the identity and capability dynamics of young graduates seeking employment. To this end, we conducted a qualitative study using an ego-ecological approach and the IMIS method (Zavalloni, 2007) with two long-term jobseekers, one of whom was receiving counseling. The results of this study allowed us to bring to light processes that reveal different identity strategies. The individual receiving counseling develops his career objectives and the means to achieve them. In comparison, the other subject seems to have entered a phase of inaction and demotivation in his search for employment.
