Résumé
Family therapies in institutions very often raise the question of the relationship between the family group taken care of and the different groups on which the therapists rely to think out their system and their practice. These different groups define psychic spaces which maintain sometimes conflicting, complementary and/or supporting links between them. The phenomena of resonance underline the psychic communications from one group to another and the often complex cohabitation between different frames within the therapist. In the continuity of the clinical presentation of S. Journoud, the author proposes some reflections on the relationship between family and institution, and more specifically on the problem of the institutional and plural supports of a family care system.
