Résumé 0

The article proposes to analyze the functioning of Dimitra clubs in Niger from the perspective of community radio as a proximity media likely to promote socio-economic development and the well-being of rural populations. It is based on an observational survey conducted in a WhatsApp group and interviews with listening club leaders. The analysis shows that the participation of the “voiceless” makes it possible to discover the actions they undertake to improve their living conditions.
