"The construction of a vision on professions in agricultural areas allows us to give direction andpurpose to objectives and actions to redesign study plans that will answer the tendencies andproblems faced by professional practice of agrotechnological and agribusiness administrator ina global environment.In relation to outcoming tendencies, one can appreciate change in hiring forces, in educationalfocus, on the rational and optimal use of resourser, change in products selection, as well asproduction technologies, and change in the market focus. What can also be seen is rebirth ofcooperatives and associations.In order to be able to answer these trends, it is important to make curriculum more flexible, andthat it incorporates a critical, ethical, realistic and pragmatic solid foundation, with the abilityto apply knowledge in an eclectic way. All these supported by the development of creative andingenious alternatives to solve the problems faced by the field, applying effectively. administrative process and promoting the required cultural changes in order to makeagricultural activity more efficient."
