Federations are organizations with multidimensional and idiosyncratic objectivesaccording to one train of thought among the theories of organisational management(Winand, Vos, Claessens, Thibault & Scheerder, 2014). Starting from this standpoint, thepaper aims at providing an analytical framework for empirically assessing performanceof 29 French olympics federations over the 2011-2017 period.
