Inconnu du grand public, Centre Inffo déploie son expertise au bénéfice de l’écosystème de la formation professionnelle : institutionnels mais aussi petits organismes de formation qui le composent. Il décrypte tout ce que le secteur produit comme normes, référentiels… Il informe, explique et outille ceux qui les appliqueront.Un exemple de sa valeur ajoutée s’illustre dans son action sur la qualité. Acteur de référence du label Qualiopi, il a permis à un grand nombre d’organismes de s’en emparer, au bénéfice de tous.Petit opérateur associatif de l’État, il participe à la bonne mise en œuvre de la politique publique de formation professionnelle, celle-ci se caractérisant par sa technicité et « volatilité » (tous les 15 à 18 mois). Proche de l’État, sans en être le bras armé, au contact des acteurs de terrain, Centre Inffo est l’animateur majeur du débat public sur les questions de formation professionnelle, l’UHFP en étant le point d’orgue.
