The development and significance of the expertise-analytical centers in the public and political life of Turkey, particularly in the foreign relations and in the issues relating economy and security coincided with the important regional and geostrategic changes, which formed new challenges and opportunities for Turkey. As a result, different layers of society and state-political circles touch upon the security, foreign policy, educational, health and other issues, which became the main axis of study of the expertise-analytical centers. It is not accidental, that the centers specialized in international relations are now more than the centers studying other areas. Although, as they are research centers related to various political trends (or currents), they express their personal ideas and vision. The article presents and discusses the policy of Turkish quasi-government think tanks. The academic and practical activities of these institutions, types of publications, in some cases financial capabilities, as well as their presence on social platforms are presented in detail.

Փորձագիտական-վերլուծական կառույցների զարգացումը ու նշանակությունը Թուրքիայի հանրային, քաղաքական կյանքում, մասնավորապես՝ արտաքին աշխարհի հետ հարաբերություններում, տնտեսությանն ու անվտանգությանն առնչվող հարցերում, համընկան տարածաշրջանային և աշխարհառազմավարական կարևորագույն շրջադարձերի հետ, որոնք նոր մարտահրավերներ և հնարավորություններ ստեղծեցին այդ երկրի համար: Արդյունքում՝ հասարակության տարբեր շերտերն ու պետական-քաղաքական շրջանակները սկսում են շոշափել անվտանգության, արտաքին քաղաքականության, կրթության, առողջապահության և այլ հարցեր, որոնք դարձան նաև փորձագիտական-հետազոտական կենտրոնների ուսումնասիրության հիմնական առանցքը: Հոդվածում ներկայացվում և քննարկվում է թուրքական քվազիպետական ​​հետազոտական ​​կենտրոնների քաղաքականությունը:
