Malika Litim et al., « Intervention beyond the CHSCT: Between Action and Tool for Action », Bulletin de psychologie, ID : 10670/1.474526...
How can the expert opinions of the CHSCT (Committee for Hygiene, Safety, and Work Conditions) be made into tools for improving the activities of its members? How can they be made into tools to be used in the activity of professionals and work groups involved in forming expert opinions? Based on these two questions and the course of an expert investigation carried out on behalf of the CHSCT following the suicide of an employee, this paper explores some specific questions about the constrained frame of the task to form an expert opinion. Attempting to portray the expert report and all “in the field” moments as possibilities for development raises the question about expertise as a particular type of intervention.
