Semi-structured interviews were held with the former Minister of Culture Rony Araygi, Director of the Lebanese Cinema Foundation Maya de Freige, International Cooperation Coordinator at the National Center for Cinema and the Moving Image (CNC) Tara Maurel, Director of the Ministry of Culture Dr Ali El Samad, and Deputy Director of the Lebanon Institut Français Luciano Rispoli.
